Mechanicville Patricia DeLucia is showing her third rotating art collection at the public library, 190 North Main St.
The display is in charcoal and pencil and consists of woodland scenes of subjects around her home and of the North Country.
Other than the required subjects, she took in junior high and college, DeLucia does not have a degree in fine arts, nor has she ever taught art as a subject to her elementary classes.
During the 1950s and '60s, some elementary teachers were required to teach drawing to their students as a form of expression; the other forms being, dance, writing and music.
